Account and data deletion

Applies to the Neoganadero app and website. June 2026.

1. Delete your account from the app or the web

Sign in to Neoganadero with your email, open Settings and, under Delete my account, type the confirmation word and submit the request. Only the account owner can do this.

2. If you cannot sign in

Write to hola@neoganadero.com from your account email requesting deletion and we will process it for you.

3. What is deleted and when

The account becomes inaccessible immediately and all of its information is permanently deleted after 30 days: personal data (name, email, phone), farms, animals, weighings, health, breeding, finances, assistant conversations and attached files. Within that window you can ask support to restore the account if you change your mind.

4. What is kept

Only what the law requires us to keep (for example billing receipts and accounting records) for the applicable legal periods, plus minimal technical security logs.
