Personal Data Processing Policy

For users in the United States, your rights under applicable state privacy laws (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) are honored. Users elsewhere are protected by their local laws, such as Brazil's LGPD, Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012, the EU GDPR, Australia's Privacy Act 1988 or New Zealand's Privacy Act 2020. 1. Data controller

Neoganadero is responsible for processing the personal data you record in the platform. Contact: hola@neoganadero.com.

2. Data we process

Contact data (name, email, phone/WhatsApp) and operational information about your ranch (inventory, weigh-ins, health, expenses, finances) that you choose to record to manage your operation.

3. Purpose

We use your data solely to provide the service, give you support, send you communications related to your account and improve the platform. We do not sell your data or use it for purposes other than those stated here.

4. Authorization

By creating your account you authorize this processing. The authorization is recorded with the date and the version of the document you accepted.

5. Your rights

You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to us at hola@neoganadero.com. We honor these rights for every user regardless of country, within the time frames of the law that applies to you (US state privacy laws, LGPD, Law 1581, GDPR, Privacy Act 1988 or Privacy Act 2020). We do not sell your personal information. To delete your account and all of its data, follow the steps in Account and data deletion.

6. Security

We apply reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information against unauthorized access. The Neoganadero team's access is limited to what is necessary to operate and provide support.

7. Support access

To help you resolve questions or technical issues, authorized support staff at Neoganadero may access your account in read-only mode to see your information as you see it. This access is solely to assist you, is logged (who accessed and when) and does not allow changing your data.

This document will be updated with the version reviewed by legal counsel for each market where Neoganadero operates.
