Habeas Data Notice and Processing Authorization

This notice summarizes how Neoganadero processes your personal data. The full detail is in our Data Policy.

Data controller

Neoganadero, reachable at hola@neoganadero.com, is responsible for processing your personal data.

Purpose

We process your data to create and manage your account, provide the cattle management service (inventory, weigh-ins, health, finances and the AI assistant in the app and on WhatsApp), bill you, give you support and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Authorization

By creating your account and accepting the terms, you grant prior, express and informed authorization to process your personal data in accordance with this policy. This authorization is stored with the date and version of the document accepted.

Your rights

As the data owner you may at any time: access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization; be informed about how it is used; file complaints with your data protection authority (in Colombia, the SIC); revoke the authorization; and delete your data when there is no legal duty to keep it.

How to exercise them

Write to us at hola@neoganadero.com with your request and your account email. We respond within the legal time frames (inquiries within 10 business days and claims within 15 business days, extendable as provided by law).
