Refund Policy

1. Free trial
Neoganadero offers a free trial period before any charge. During the trial no charge is made and you can cancel at any time at no cost. Billing only begins if you choose to continue with a paid plan when the trial ends.
2. Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose). On renewal, the service continues for the next period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3. Right of withdrawal
Under the Consumer Statute (Law 1480 of 2011), for distance purchases you have the right of withdrawal within five (5) business days after the first charge, provided you have not made substantial use of the service. To exercise it, write to us at hola@neoganadero.com and we refund what you paid for that period.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription whenever you want from the platform or by writing to us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. As a general rule, periods already started are not refunded, except for the right of withdrawal in point 3 or as stated in point 5.
5. Duplicate charges or errors
If you detect a duplicate charge, a billing error or a technical problem that prevented you from using the service you paid for, write to us within 30 days and we will correct or refund it as appropriate.
6. How to request
Send your request to hola@neoganadero.com with your account email and the reason. We respond within a maximum of 15 business days. Refunds are made through the same payment method used.
